About Us

Veteran Benefits USA (VBUSA) offers fully accredited expertise to help Veterans, their spouses and families identify the benefits they are entitled to receive, establish eligibility and secure the compensation they deserve.

Our team consists of VA-certified professionals who are trained and authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent you throughout the entire claim process.

For over 14 years, we have been helping families nationwide successfully navigate the VA benefit system and avoid unnecessary claim delays and denials.

About VA Accreditation

“…VA-accredited representatives are authorized to provide help with VA benefit claims to Veterans and service members, as well as their dependents and survivors.”

VA accreditation is the official authorization granted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist veterans and their family members in the preparation, prosecution and presentation of claims.

The purpose of accreditation is to “ensure that claimants for VA benefits receive qualified assistance in preparing and presenting their claims.” – VA.gov

Why VA Accreditation is Important

Working with a VA-accredited representative ensures you have qualified, trustworthy VA claim help to navigate the benefit process effectively.

Some of the advantages of working with an accredited representative include:

  • Official Recognition by VA: The VA accredits individuals who meet specific qualifications, ensuring they are vetted and authorized to represent claimants.
  • Expertise in VA Regulations: We are trained and familiar with complex VA laws, regulations, and procedures, ensuring accurate guidance.
  • Access to VA Systems: We can access VA databases and systems to submit claims, track progress, and communicate directly with VA officials on your behalf.
  • Ethical Standards: We are bound by VA’s code of conduct and will always act in your best interests.
  • Free or Regulated Fees:  We have fee structures regulated by the VA, protecting you from exploitation.
  • Appeal and Advocacy Skills: We are skilled in navigating appeals, gathering evidence, and presenting your case effectively, especially for complex or denied claims.
  • Avoiding Scams: Non-accredited individuals often charge excessive fees, and some may be fraudulent, risking your claim’s success.
